It has been 2 years since we first met Ellen and Sam at a cafe in Richmond. We chatted about their vision of their big day, crazy ideas of where we should photograph their engagement session which included “wet & wild” – yes in swim suits and goggles! Then we moved onto chatting about themselves, Ellen is a nurse and Sam would tell us how Ellen comes home waking him up and telling him about all these crazy wounded people like how someone got cut and only had a dangling finger from the palm feeling super excited!
Sam is this person that has heaps of fun/crazy ideas and would go on about it where Ellen is there to pull him back before things gets too out of control, they are like icing and cupcakes, can’t have it without one or the other!
When the big day came, it felt like we were seeing some old friend getting married like we’ve known them for long. It was such a beautiful day at Bella Vista farm where they exchanged their vows with their closest family and friends blessings followed by celebration at the barn.
By the way, have you seen a horse that can bow? If not scroll down the page, it’s so cool ;)
